Informational use

The directory is provided for general information. It does not provide medical advice, recommendations, referrals, insurance determinations, or verification of a provider’s qualifications. Contact a qualified professional for decisions about care.

Accuracy and availability

Source records can be incomplete or outdated. HCPList presents reported information without guaranteeing its accuracy, completeness, or continued availability. Verify important details directly with the provider, the official registry, or the relevant licensing authority.

Use of the service

Use the website lawfully and without interfering with its operation. Do not submit patient information, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, or use the contact form for unsolicited advertising. Public source datasets are available from CMS for bulk data needs.

Advertising and external websites

Advertisements and external links do not imply an endorsement. External websites have separate terms and privacy practices. Provider search order is independent of advertising.

Directory issues

Use the contact form to report a problem with HCPList. Corrections to the underlying NPI record must be made through NPPES by the provider or an authorized representative.
