Healthcare provider information should be easy to find and easy to understand. HCPList brings public National Provider Identifier records into a simple, accessible directory.
Search for an individual, an organization, a common specialty, or a specific NPI. Each profile separates registry information from reported practice contact details and shows the date the source record was updated.

Make informed use of public records
NPI records are administrative records. They do not establish the quality of a practice, whether it is accepting patients, whether a provider is licensed today, or whether it accepts a particular insurance plan. Confirm those details directly with the practice and the relevant licensing authority.
Independent and transparent
HCPList is an independent website. It is not operated by CMS, and an appearance in the directory is not an endorsement. Advertising spaces are labeled and do not determine search order. Directory results are alphabetical by reported name, or by approximate ZIP-area distance and then name when a radius is selected; service-mix comparisons explain their separate similarity order.
